What began as a simple love for authentic South Indian cooking has blossomed into one of McLeod Ganj's most cherished dining destinations. Dosa Shosa was founded with one mission — to bring the soul of a South Indian kitchen to the Himalayan foothills.
Every dosa is crafted from carefully fermented batter, every idli steamed to cloud-like perfection, and every cup of filter coffee brewed with devotion. We believe great food needs no compromise — just the right ingredients, the right technique, and a lot of heart.
After years of serving locals, travellers, and pilgrims in McLeod Ganj, we are thrilled to extend our warmth to Dharamshala — a new home, the same soul.
